Travis Pomposello

Consulting Producer

Travis Pomposello spent nearly four decades inside major media and creative organizations, rising to Chief Creative Officer of EPIX, a premium television network backed by Paramount, Lionsgate and MGM, where he was part of the founding executive team. During his tenure, he awarded more than $100 million in agency contracts, working closely with creative partners at the highest levels of the industry.

After years as a buyer of creative services, Travis founded Bella Vita Creative, building and scaling the agency past $5 million in revenue while serving clients including Netflix, Disney, Warner Bros. and Amazon. This gave him the unique experience of operating on both sides of the client relationship and gives him a dual perspective few advisors possess.

Today, Travis advises creative agency owners and executive teams on leadership discipline, positioning strategy and sustainable growth. His work centers on how fear, speed and ego quietly erode standards inside growing organizations, and how founders can scale revenue without sacrificing judgment, culture or long-term credibility.

He writes and speaks on creative leadership, agency economics and the psychology of decision-making under pressure.
